AILI Digital is a store brand operated by AILI TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, India. Birthday Mystery Club is our first collection of downloadable printable games. Contact: abhijeet@ailearnersindia.com.

Once paid purchases open, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after purchase, including if you have downloaded the files. No explanation is required.

Email abhijeet@ailearnersindia.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. If you cannot find your order number, say so and we will help locate your purchase. Do not send card numbers, banking details or children's personal information.

If you receive the wrong files, cannot access the download, are charged twice, or find that the product is materially different from its description, contact us even after the 14-day period. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law. The voluntary 14-day policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Refunds are processed through the original checkout provider to the original payment method. Your provider or bank determines when the credit appears; we do not guarantee an arrival date.

For an unfamiliar charge, payment dispute or unresolved product problem, contact us with your order details. You can also contact the payment provider using the information in your receipt. Contacting us first is optional and does not restrict your right to raise a dispute with your payment provider or bank. Provider dispute rules and applicable law continue to apply.

Lemon Squeezy may independently issue refunds under its own policies. There are currently no paid purchases on this site; the policy above will apply when sales open. Free pilot copies have no purchase price to refund.
