Delivery and cancellation
Birthday Mystery Club is a one-time purchase of downloadable PDF files. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchases are currently closed while seller activation and delivery verification are completed.
When sales open, the product will be delivered digitally through the checkout provider's order page and receipt. No physical item is shipped. A printer, paper and pencils are not supplied. If a delivery link is missing or does not work, email support with your order details.
An uncompleted checkout does not create an order. After payment, cancellation requests are handled under the refund policy. No physical return is required. Any additional cancellation or digital-content rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
Product use and promotions
The bundle includes a 22-page Player Pack, an 8-page Host Guide and a start guide. The PDFs use US Letter pages; use Fit when printing on A4. Each of the three games has four clue puzzles and a final code challenge. An adult host is required. Intended ages 9–12 and teams of 2–6 remain provisional pending family testing; no fixed completion time is promised.
The household licence permits downloading and printing the files for your own private celebrations, including reuse by your household. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or include them in commercial event services. For broader use, contact support before purchasing. This is a licence to use the files, not a transfer of copyright.
The advertised bundle price is $29 USD, one time. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout; review the final amount before paying. Current availability is stated on the product page. Any future promotion will state its price, scope, eligibility and expiry alongside the offer. There are currently no paid discount promotions.
The free household pilot is optional, has no purchase requirement, does not require a positive review, and does not subscribe participants to marketing emails. Requests are handled by email and are subject to availability. Feedback should come from adult hosts without identifying information about children. If pilot feedback is later published, it will disclose that the copy was provided free.
